As a Consultant at MAJOR, you will play a vital role in supporting small minority-owned businesses and minority-led non-profit organizations. This position involves providing valuable assistance over the phone and through Zoom calls, answering clients' questions, and helping troubleshoot solutions. We are seeking various Subject Matter Experts knowledgeable in different business areas to contribute to our clients' success.

Responsibilities:

Support small minority-owned businesses and minority-led non-profit organizations via phone and Zoom calls.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in your respective area of expertise, answering clients' questions and providing valuable insights.
Help clients troubleshoot challenges and offer actionable solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to provide holistic support to clients.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to deliver relevant and valuable advice.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more business areas (e.g., finance, marketing, operations, technology, etc.).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in consulting or providing professional advice is a plus.
Experience consulting diverse businesses and non-profit organizations is a plus.
Proficiency in more than one language is a plus.
